Paper.id is an Indonesian platform for digital invoicing, collections and supplier payments, used from freelancers to enterprises. Its enterprise solution adds AI invoice capture, AI bank reconciliation and ERP connectors, and it issues corporate cards.

Core features include legally valid digital invoices with payment links and the official PERURI e-Meterai stamp, purchase orders with three-way matching, receipts, automated reminders by email, SMS and WhatsApp, PaperPay In with more than 30 payment methods including cards and installments, PaperPay Out for paying suppliers by credit card, PaperXB for cross-border payments, and the Paper Card and Paper Horizon corporate cards with expense management. The enterprise solution offers supplier and buyer portals, an open API and connectors for SAP, Odoo and Microsoft Dynamics. PT Pakar Digital Global has operated Paper.id since 2017 in Jakarta.

• Converts supplier invoices into dataIn the supplier portal, invoices are converted with AI and OCR, uploaded instantly and matched against purchase orders and goods receipts. Accounts payable teams stop keying invoices and see mismatches before payment.
• Reconciles bank receipts with invoicesIn the buyer portal, AI matches incoming bank payments to thousands of open invoices automatically. The vendor states reconciliation time drops from one day to seconds, so receivables stay current.
• Captures expense receiptsIn Horizon Expense Management, AI OCR reads uploaded transaction receipts and records them, with automatic reminders for missing proofs. Card spending and receipts stay complete for accounting. Finance can export the data to Excel for reporting.

• Invoices can carry the official PERURI e-Meterai stamp, the digital revenue stamp of the Indonesian state printer.
• A free plan covers digital invoices, reminders, three-way matching and automatic financial reports.
• Suppliers can be paid by business credit card, which extends the buyer's payment terms.

PT Pakar Digital Global is based in Jakarta, states more than 700,000 businesses in Indonesia as users and offers the official PERURI e-Meterai stamp on invoices.

Paper.id is built for business in Indonesia: invoices, e-Meterai and payment methods follow local rules, and the main site is in Indonesian. The ISO 27001 certificate is stated, but no hosting region or data processing agreement was published in September 2026. Paper states a Bank Indonesia licence and supervision by the financial regulator OJK; check which entity holds funds and what transaction fees apply per method. Indonesia's Personal Data Protection Law (UU PDP) governs customer data.
