What is Quadient AR?
Quadient AR automation, formerly YayPay, is accounts receivable software for mid-sized B2B companies. It automates invoice delivery, collections, disputes, customer payments and cash application and uses machine learning to predict payment behavior and prioritize collections.
Quadient AR automation connects invoicing, collections workflows, dispute resolution, customer payment options and cash application in one dashboard with reporting and an AI assistant for analytics. It integrates with SAP, NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics, Sage Intacct, X3 and 300, Salesforce, Zuora, Xero, QuickBooks and Acumatica. Quadient, a Paris-based company listed on Euronext, acquired New York-based YayPay in November 2022 and now sells the product as part of the Quadient Suite. The vendor states that more than 2,100 finance teams use it, naming customers such as GoTo, Jumio and OneSpan.
Quadient AR AI features and use cases
- Predicts payment datesMachine learning analyzes payer behavior to forecast when each customer will pay. Quadient states forecasting accuracy of up to 94 percent. Finance teams use the predictions for cash planning and to spot late payers before invoices fall due.
- Grades payers and routes workflowsPayer analysis assigns each customer a letter grade from A to E. Reliable payers go into low-touch workflows and risky ones into high-touch workflows, which adjust automatically when payment behavior changes. Collectors spend their time where risk is highest.
- Prioritizes collectionsThe platform prioritizes collection activities automatically and monitors risk and payment trends. Receivables managers get a ranked worklist instead of sorting aging reports by hand, and collectors know which customer to contact first.
What sets Quadient AR apart
- Part of Quadient, a Paris-based company listed on Euronext, and sold within the Quadient Suite together with its other finance automation products.
- Payer grades from A to E link risk scoring directly to collection workflows.
Where Quadient AR is strongest
The product comes from New York-based YayPay, which Quadient acquired in 2022, and its references are mainly US companies such as GoTo and Jumio.
