楽楽精算 (Rakuraku Seisan) AI features and pricing (October 2026)

Rakuraku Seisan is a cloud expense system from the Japanese software company RAKUS for companies of all sizes in Japan. It covers expense and travel claims, invoice payments, approvals and journal entries, with AI OCR for receipts and AI input help.

The system handles expense claims, commuting and business travel costs, invoice payment processing and general approval workflows, with budget tracking and a smartphone app. Rule checks block claims that break company rules before submission. Approved items flow into automatic journal entries and accounting software, and corporate credit and prepaid cards as well as transit IC cards can be linked. The product supports Japan's Electronic Books Maintenance Act and the qualified invoice system and holds JIIMA certification according to the vendor. RAKUS, founded in 2000 and listed on the Tokyo Stock Exchange Prime Market under code 3923, reports more than 108,000 companies across its Rakuraku cloud services as of March 2026.

• Reads receipts and invoicesEmployees photograph a receipt with a smartphone, and AI OCR extracts the amount, business partner and date and fills in the claim. Accounting staff spend less time on typing errors and on returning claims with wrong amounts. AI OCR is sold as part of an option.
• Fills in travel expense detailsFor commuting and travel claims, the AI input assistance adds details such as the destination visited and the cost center from the employee's earlier claims. Employees fill in fewer fields, and finance receives more consistent coding.

• Publishes prices: a one-time setup fee of 100,000 yen and from 30,000 yen per month excluding tax, scaled by the number of employees using it.
• Screens and notification emails for applicants and approvers can be switched between Japanese and English.
• Several further AI functions, such as an AI agent for creating expense slips and an AI review of claims, are listed as in development and are not yet available.

RAKUS is based in Japan and listed on the Tokyo Stock Exchange. Rakuraku Seisan is built for Japanese tax and bookkeeping law and holds JIIMA certifications for electronic storage according to the vendor.

Rakuraku Seisan is designed around Japanese law, Japanese receipts and Japanese accounting software, so it mainly fits Japanese companies or Japanese subsidiaries.
