Relevance AI is a platform for building and running specialist AI agents without code, aimed at business teams in sales, customer success, marketing, HR and support that want agents working inside their existing tools.

Relevance AI combines a no-code builder with prebuilt agent templates, more than 1,000 app integrations such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Slack and LinkedIn, and governance features including audit logs and PII masking. The Enterprise plan adds unlimited agents, users and projects, calling and meeting agents, evaluations, A/B tests and SSO. The operator is OnSearch Pty Ltd, trading as Relevance AI, an Australian company. Its privacy policy says data is processed in the United Kingdom, the European Economic Area, the United States and Australia.

Pricing is only available through sales. Data is processed across the UK, EEA, US and Australia, so ask which region your workspace uses and request the data processing terms. Agent templates for HR such as screening touch hiring decisions; under the EU AI Act these count as high-risk with obligations from December 2, 2027, and need human oversight.
