Because Retorio now processes employee voice and video during training rather than screening applicants, the high-risk classification for recruitment (Annex III No. 4(a)) no longer applies. The ongoing evaluation of demeanor and behavior through scorecards can still fall under performance and behavior monitoring (Annex III No. 4(b)) independently of that, worth checking before rollout. Clarify with the works council how recordings are handled, since such systems fall under co-determination via Section 87(1) No. 6 BetrVG.
