Robom AI features and pricing (October 2026)

Robom is a Turkish cloud pre-accounting tool for small businesses, freelancers, online sellers and their accountants. It issues e-invoices, reads expense receipts with AI and calculates the VAT rate for each receipt.

Robom covers invoicing with e-Fatura and e-Arşiv, e-signature, e-SMM receipts for self-employed professionals, customer and supplier accounts, bank reconciliation and reports, on the web and in iOS and Android apps. Integrations with the marketplaces Trendyol and ideasoft and with the Defter Beyan system target online sellers and tax filings. The product comes from Mükellef Teknoloji, a company based in Kadıköy, Istanbul.

The interface is in Turkish only, and the product follows Turkish tax rules. It suits Turkish subsidiaries or small firms that work with a local accountant, not finance teams that need another language.

• Reads expense receipts in bulkUsers upload up to 20 receipt images or PDFs at once, and Robom's AI reads them in seconds. The vendor states an accuracy of 99 percent. Extracted data can be edited before approval, so manual typing turns into a short review.
• Calculates the VAT rateAfter reading a receipt, the AI calculates the applicable Turkish VAT rate (KDV) on its own, and users review the extracted data before approving it. Small business owners and their accountants spend less time on VAT details for each receipt.
• Takes receipt work off accounting firmsAccounting firms (mali müşavir) can let clients send expense receipts that Robom scans with AI. The vendor states that this receipt reading is free for accountants and the clients they refer, which reduces manual entry at month end.

• Built around Turkish e-documents: e-Fatura, e-Arşiv, e-signature and e-SMM are part of the single package.
• Priced as one flat package per company with separate e-invoice credit packs rather than per user.
• According to the website, the product currently supports one user per account; multiple users are not yet available.

Robom is built by Mükellef Teknoloji in Istanbul and targets Turkish requirements: e-Fatura, e-Arşiv, e-signature, e-SMM and a connection to the Defter Beyan system.

Robom is designed for Turkish tax rules and a Turkish interface, so it fits only entities that account in Turkey. Clarify whether a single user per account is enough for your team. Ask where data is hosted and how the Turkish data protection law KVKK is handled, since this was not published at our check in September 2026. Confirm what e-Fatura credit packs will cost once the unlimited credits run out at the end of the year.
