What is fynk?
fynk is contract management software from Vienna for small and midsize companies, combining drafting, e-signature and a contract repository with an AI assistant and automatic metadata extraction.
fynk covers the contract lifecycle from creation and approval to signature and storage, with unlimited signatures and eIDAS-compliant qualified e-signatures. The AI extracts metadata, answers questions and analyzes incoming contracts. fynk GmbH is based in Vienna and says more than 3,000 teams use it, including legal, finance, sales, procurement and HR. The interface is available in German and English. A free plan and paid plans per user make it accessible for small teams without a legal department.
fynk AI features and use cases
- Extracts contract data automaticallyThe AI reads uploaded contracts and returns structured data such as deadlines, terms, notice periods and risks. Teams keep track of renewals without typing data into spreadsheets.
- Answers questions and flags risksThe AI assistant finds clauses, marks risky wording and can create documents or move contracts forward. Non-lawyers get quick orientation before involving legal counsel.
- Analyzes incoming contractsContracts from counterparties and PDFs signed outside fynk are analyzed and added to the repository. The contract portfolio stays complete even when not every agreement is signed in fynk.
What sets fynk apart
- Hosted exclusively in ISO 27001 certified data centers in Germany.
- Public per-user prices and a free plan with monthly AI credits; SSO only in the Pro plan.
- An MCP server from the Essential plan connects fynk to external AI assistants.
