KuferSQL AI features, pricing and GDPR (October 2026)

KuferSQL is course and seminar management software from Germany for adult education centers, language and music schools, chambers and private academies, with a built-in AI assistant that writes, translates and tags course content.

KuferSQL covers course planning, registrations, waiting lists and cancellations, instructor profiles, invoicing with dunning runs and exportable reports. It supports multi-client installations across several sites and connects to German education portals and systems such as KURSNET, WIS of the chambers of commerce, meine-vhs.de and TYPO3 or WordPress websites. The vendor, Kufer Software GmbH in Mühldorf am Inn, says more than 1,900 institutions with over 15,000 users work with the software, including 75 percent of German Volkshochschulen. Kufer also runs hosting in two German data centers.

• Writes and translates course descriptionsThe AI assistant drafts, rewrites and translates course texts inside KuferSQL. Program planners who publish hundreds of courses per term get a first version or a translation faster and spend their time on checking content instead of typing.
