Masraff AI features, pricing and GDPR (October 2026)

Masraff is a cloud platform for employee expenses, corporate cards, travel and spend approvals, built in Turkey for mid-sized and large companies. AI reads receipts and fills in expense fields so finance teams check entries instead of typing them.

The product covers expense reports, cash advances, corporate card reconciliation, travel and accommodation, spend requests, policy rules and multi-level approvals, plus an accounting export. Masraff lists more than 20 ERP and accounting connections, among them Logo, Mikro, Netsis, SAP, Oracle NetSuite and Microsoft Dynamics AX. The company was founded in 2017, is based in Istanbul and reports more than 800 corporate customers, and it works with Mastercard on growth in the Middle East and North Africa.

Plans are sized by user count and priced on request. Companies below ten users are not the target, since the smallest plan starts at ten users.

• Categorizes expenses automaticallyMasraff assigns categories based on merchant type, amount patterns and the rules a company defines. Consistent categories make month-end posting into the ERP easier and reduce corrections by the accounting team.
• Prefills cost center and payment typeThe Smart Expense Assistant looks at a person's past expenses and fills in category, cost center and payment type. Recurring expenses therefore need fewer clicks, and cost centers are set more consistently before the approval step.

• Connects out of the box to the Turkish ERP systems Logo, Mikro and Netsis as well as SAP, Oracle NetSuite and Microsoft Dynamics AX.
• Customer data is hosted in data centers in Turkey and the EU region, according to the trust page.
• SAML 2.0 single sign-on with Azure AD, Okta or Google Workspace is available in the Enterprise plan only.

Ask which data center region your account will use, since Masraff names both Turkey and the EU. The trust page describes the security program as aligned with ISO 27001, so request the current certificate if you need one. A data processing agreement is offered to Enterprise customers; smaller plans should clarify how GDPR terms are covered. Check that your ERP is among the prebuilt connections and that approval chains match your internal controls.
