N2F AI features, pricing and GDPR (October 2026)

N2F is French spend management software for expense reports, corporate cards and supplier invoices, whose built-in AI layer, N2F Intelligence, reads receipts, sorts expenses by category and flags anomalies before approval.

N2F offers modules for expense reports, corporate cards and accounts payable, sold separately or as a spend management suite. Features include a mobile app, multi-currency expenses with automatic exchange rates, mileage tracking, approval workflows, custom fields and integrations with more than 300 accounting, ERP and business tools, among them DATEV, Sage, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Oracle. Legally compliant 10-year archiving of receipts is available as an add-on.

The vendor is SAS N2JSOFT in Montagnat, France. According to N2F, about one million users in 18,000 organizations across 86 countries work with the software.

• Reads receipts and invoicesSmart scan extracts amount, date, VAT, currency and vendor from receipts and supplier invoices, including details such as nights, fuel volume or tourist tax. The vendor states recognition rates above 97 percent. Employees submit a photo instead of typing, and accounting receives complete VAT data.
• Assigns expense categoriesN2F's AI reads the receipt content and assigns the expense category, for example transport, meals or lodging, based on the company's policy rules. Expense reports arrive consistently coded, and accounting spends less time correcting categories before posting.
• Flags anomalies and fake receiptsPredictive verification scores each expense and flags unusual amounts, duplicates and inconsistent VAT, and fraud detection spots AI-generated receipts and restricted items such as alcohol. Approvers focus on the flagged items instead of checking every receipt.

• Includes N2F Intelligence in all plans at no extra cost, according to the vendor.
• Publishes per-user prices in euros, with a single-user plan suitable for very small businesses.
• Archives receipts for 10 years in France with certified server timestamping as an optional add-on.

N2F is developed by SAS N2JSOFT in Montagnat, France, and receipts are archived on servers hosted in France.

Check which accounting export or ERP connector you need: exports to accounting and ERP software, API access and SSO are part of the Advanced plan, and DATEV appears in the integration list. The legal archiving add-on costs €1.50 per user per month. N2F says it applies ISO/IEC 27001 standards but names no certificate, and no sub-processor list was published at our check in September 2026, so request the data processing agreement and details on the hosting provider before rollout.
