Perk AI features, pricing and GDPR (October 2026)

Perk, formerly TravelPerk, is a business travel and spend platform that books trips, processes employee expenses and invoices and manages company cards, and uses AI for receipt extraction, matching and policy checks.

Perk covers travel booking for flights, rail, hotels and rental cars in more than 178 countries, spend management with expense processing and corporate cards, and group trips for events. In January 2025 the company announced the acquisition of Yokoy, a Zurich-based spend management provider known for AI expense, invoice and card processing. Perk is headquartered in London, has offices including Barcelona and Berlin, and reports more than 1,000 businesses as customers. Travel, spend or both can be bought separately.

• Scans receipts and extracts dataIn the Premium and Pro plans, AI scans receipts and extracts the data into the expense record. Perk states that it trains its AI on billions of anonymized expense, invoice and travel transactions, and employees no longer type in receipt details.
• Flags policy exceptionsAI-powered policy enforcement checks expenses against company rules and flags exceptions automatically. Finance reviews only the flagged items rather than every expense line. Decisions on flagged items stay with the approvers.
• Matches receipts and codes transactionsPerk matches receipts to card transactions and codes them for accounting. The finance team spends less time pairing receipts with statements before month-end. This matters most at month-end, when many receipts arrive at once.

• Sells travel, spend or both, with spend priced per active user per month.
• Acquired the Zurich-based spend provider Yokoy in 2025 and offers travel booking and spend management on one platform.
• Single sign-on is included in the Premium and Pro plans according to the pricing page.

Perk is headquartered in London, with offices in Barcelona, Berlin and several US cities, among others.

Clarify whether your company buys the travel product too, because some matching works best when bookings and expenses share one platform. According to the security page, the service is hosted in an AWS data center in Ireland. Ask how exports reach your ERP or DATEV, and how receipts are archived for GoBD. The trust center loads documents on request; at our review in September 2026 no public DPA or sub-processor list was visible.
