Qureos AI features and pricing (October 2026)

Qureos is a UAE-based AI recruiting platform whose eight agents source, screen, contact, interview and schedule candidates. Teams can run it end to end or feed candidates into an existing applicant tracking system.

Qureos started in 2021 as a career platform and now centers on agents for employers: candidate sourcing, job posting to more than 100 job boards, rediscovery of past applicants, outreach sequences, resume screening, AI interviews, interview scheduling and hiring manager review. It can sync with an existing applicant tracking system or replace it with its own pipeline. The founders describe it as a UAE-based startup, while contracts run through Qureos, Inc. in Delaware. References include Al Hokair Group and Alzayani Investments. It serves startups without a recruiter as well as staffing firms and enterprises.

• Turns a brief into candidatesRecruiters describe the person they need in their own words, and the sourcing agent turns that brief into a list of matching candidates. Small teams without a sourcer can fill a pipeline without running manual searches.
• Screens every applicationThe screening agent evaluates each application against the criteria you set and gives a rationale for every ranking, which recruiters can override. High-volume roles get a consistent first pass instead of a rushed skim.
• Runs first interviews by voice or videoThe AI interview agent questions candidates by voice or video and surfaces insights for the decision on who moves forward. Recruiters spend their own interview time on the shortlisted people.
• Handles outreach and schedulingAgents send follow-up sequences until a candidate responds and find interview slots that work for everyone. Coordinators spend less time on reminder emails and calendar back-and-forth.

• Eight separate agents can be switched on one at a time or all together, from sourcing to hiring manager review.
• Works in a hybrid mode that syncs candidates into an existing applicant tracking system.
• Free start and free job posting without a credit card; paid pricing depends on team size and hiring volume.

Qureos describes itself as a UAE-based startup, while the contracting entity is Qureos, Inc. in Delaware. Its website targets Gulf employers with labor market pages and comparisons against NaukriGulf and Bayt.

Qureos automates screening and interviews, so check how its rankings are documented and where candidate data is stored; the website names no hosting region. The contracting entity is in Delaware and the privacy policy addresses GDPR and CCPA. For roles in New York City, AI screening can trigger Local Law 144 bias audit duties, and in the EU it counts as high risk under the EU AI Act from December 2, 2027.
