Remote covers Employer of Record, Global Payroll, Contractor of Record, Contractor Management and a US-only Professional Employer Organization service, plus equity administration for Delaware C-Corps, all run on infrastructure and legal entities Remote states it owns in-house rather than through local partners. It natively integrates with HR systems such as Workday, HiBob, BambooHR and Personio.

Remote contracts with customers outside the US through Remote Europe Holding B.V. in Amsterdam, the Netherlands, and with US customers through Remote Technology Services, Inc., a Delaware company based in San Francisco. Its site names enterprise and scale-up customers including Anthropic, GitLab, Datadog and Heineken, and reports more than 4,000 customer reviews.

Remote does not publish exact contract pricing for larger headcounts, so confirm final rates, the payroll implementation fee and integration coverage before signing. Ask for the current Data Processing Agreement, since Remote's public pages describe GDPR handling without naming a specific hosting region. Because Remote MCP can expose compliance, payroll and org-structure data to AI agents, agree internally on which tools get that access, and involve the works council where access touches individual performance data.
