What is Rindegastos?
Rindegastos is a Chilean expense management platform for finance teams in Chile, Colombia, Argentina, Mexico and Peru. Its AI scans receipts, detects duplicates, checks policy rules and reconciles corporate card transactions.
Rindegastos handles expense reports, petty cash, approvals in a single flow and corporate card reconciliation, with integrations to ERPs common in the region such as Softland, Defontana and Manager, plus an API. Rindegastos SpA is based in Santiago and has entities in Bogotá, Mexico City, Buenos Aires and Lima. The website cites more than 6,300 finance teams in over 22 countries and targets small and midsize companies from about 10 employees as well as corporations with more than 200.
The product is in Spanish and handles local tax documents, so it suits Latin American subsidiaries rather than European headquarters.
Rindegastos AI features and use cases
- Scans receiptsScanit 2.0 reads photographed receipts with AI and fills in the expense without manual typing. Employees submit faster, and finance receives fewer entry errors.
- Detects duplicates and policy breachesRindegastos IA checks each submitted expense for duplicates and validates it against the company's expense policy before approval. Reviewers focus on flagged items instead of checking every line.
- Reconciles corporate cardsConcil-IA reads card transactions directly from connected financial institutions and matches them with submitted expenses in real time. Month-end card reconciliation needs less manual work. It is an Enterprise add-on at extra cost.
What sets Rindegastos apart
- Priced per user in UF, Chile's inflation-indexed unit, with AI scanning included from the Starter plan.
- Security page names ISO/IEC 27001 and single sign-on via SAML, Okta and Azure AD.
Where Rindegastos is strongest

Questions to ask before you buy Rindegastos
The privacy policy says data may be stored in Chile or any country where Rindegastos, its affiliates or providers have facilities, and names US providers such as Amazon for Peru. Ask where your data is stored and which country's data protection law applies to your contract. Check whether your ERP has a ready connector and whether you need Concil-IA, which costs extra.
