Rydoo AI features, pricing and GDPR (October 2026)

Rydoo is expense management software for companies of all sizes that handles receipts, mileage, per diems and card reconciliation, and uses AI for receipt scanning, policy questions and automated auditing of every expense.

Rydoo offers a mobile app with receipt scanner, mileage tracking, per diems, approval flows, card reconciliation and integrations with accounting tools such as QuickBooks, Xero and NetSuite; larger plans add Rydoo Cards, SFTP and API access. The company reports more than 1 million users in over 130 countries and more than 12,000 customers, and its product is available in 18 languages. In June 2024 the private equity firm Eurazeo became Rydoo's majority shareholder. Rydoo is based in Belgium.

• Scans receipts in secondsThe AI receipt scanner reads a photographed receipt and creates the expense, which Rydoo says takes about ten seconds. Employees submit expenses on the go, and finance receives entries with the key data already captured.
• Audits every expenseSmart Audit analyzes all submitted expenses with AI to find errors and policy violations automatically. Instead of sampling, the finance team reviews the flagged cases, which covers the full volume of expenses.
• Answers policy questionsThe AI expense policy assistant answers employees' questions about the expense policy before they submit. Fewer incorrect claims reach approval, and finance fields fewer questions by email. This helps employees who submit expenses only occasionally.

• Business and Enterprise plans charge only for users who are active in a given month.
• Smart Audit is included in Enterprise for customers who subscribed after June 15, 2025, and is an add-on for other plans.
• Offers an MCP connector so that assistants such as Claude or ChatGPT can access expense data.

Check which plan you need: SAML single sign-on and Smart Audit are part of Enterprise, which starts at 50 active users, and are add-ons elsewhere. According to the privacy policy, data is hosted on Microsoft Azure in the EU. Clarify the accounting export and, for German entities, DATEV and GoBD compliant receipt archiving.
