What is Traffit?

Traffit is a Polish applicant tracking system for small, medium and enterprise recruiting teams and agencies, with AI tools for job ad writing, application scoring, candidate summaries and recruiting-report analysis.

Traffit covers job-board posting, a no-code career-page generator, candidate CRM for both internal and agency recruitment, GDPR-compliant data handling with anonymization, and a Smart Tracker that keeps candidates automatically informed of their application status. It serves small teams, IT companies, recruitment agencies and larger organizations, primarily in Poland with a secondary footprint in Central and Eastern Europe, with customer references including Randstad, Miele and Kinguin. Traffit is a privately held Polish company with no disclosed parent.

Traffit AI features and use cases

  • Writes job ads in under 30 secondsThe AI generates a complete job posting from the job title, company details and a chosen tone, in under 30 seconds according to the vendor. Recruiters get a polished draft in either Polish or English instead of writing each posting manually.
  • Pre-selects applications as they arriveAI scoring compares each new application against the job requirements as soon as it comes in and suggests clarifying interview questions. According to the vendor, this saves roughly half the time recruiters would otherwise spend on manual screening.
  • Summarizes candidate history before interviewsThe AI pulls together a candidate's application history, recruiter notes and CV details into a single concise overview. Hiring teams walk into an interview with the full picture already summarized instead of piecing it together from separate records.
  • Analyzes recruiting reports for bottlenecksAn AI assistant reads recruitment process data and metrics, then points out where the process is slowing down and offers specific, benchmarked recommendations. Recruiting leads get concrete suggestions instead of raw numbers to interpret themselves.

What sets Traffit apart

  • Career-page generator requires no coding, letting small teams launch a branded page without a developer or agency.
  • GDPR-focused feature set (built-in anonymization, automated candidate status updates) reflects an EU-first design rather than a bolt-on.
  • Primary market is Poland and Central and Eastern Europe, with a Romanian-language option alongside Polish and English.
  • An upcoming Talent Match AI feature, not yet live at the time of research, would match existing candidates to new roles automatically.

Where Traffit is strongest

Traffit is a Polish company with several named reference customers such as electronics retailer x-kom, Kinguin, Statscore, Ecojob and Kubo, plus, according to the company, more than 10,000 recruiters across Europe; the named reference companies are mostly based in Poland and Central and Eastern Europe.

Questions to ask before you buy Traffit

Before buying, compare the published plans, which are priced by number of open jobs and users, and note that AI application scoring is a paid add-on; clarify which modules (ATS, career pages, reporting) are included. Because the AI scores and pre-selects applications, German or EU employers should involve the works council under Section 87(1) No. 6 BetrVG and review EU AI Act obligations for recruitment AI, which apply from December 2, 2027.
