Valence is a US AI coaching platform for managers and executives at midsize to large companies, centered on an AI coach called Nadia that provides individualized, company-specific guidance and decision support.

Valence centers on Nadia, an AI coach for managers that draws on the manager's profile, team, calendar and company priorities and coaches ahead of upcoming meetings. Nadia runs natively in Microsoft Teams and works with the calendar. The platform targets CHROs, talent leaders and management populations at midsize to large companies, with a login portal for coached users and a preview of a newer Nadia 2.0 version, plus a variant called Nadia for the Frontlines for non-desk roles. Valence is privately held with no disclosed parent company, and its interface is English-only.

• Offers a choice of US or EU data hosting region depending on client requirements, rather than a single fixed location.

Before buying, request a quote, since Valence does not publish prices and sells to CHROs and talent leaders directly. Choose between US and EU data hosting explicitly if data residency matters for your organization. Because Nadia reads calendars and learns about team members' working styles, decide before rollout which data sources it may use. If Nadia's guidance shapes employment decisions, remember that Illinois bans AI use that discriminates by protected class, including through proxies like zip codes.
