Xinrenxinshi is an all-in-one HR and payroll system for companies in China, covering staff records, payroll with social insurance and tax filing, recruiting, performance and training, with an AI layer called Xinling AI.

Xinrenxinshi, run by Qijia Youdao Network Technology in Beijing, was founded in 2015. Investors named by the vendor include Sequoia Capital China and the Chinese software group Kingdee. Modules cover organization and employee records, payroll and attendance, recruiting with more than 30 connected job boards, performance with KPI, OKR and 360 reviews, training, multi-entity groups, e-contracts and analytics. Payroll handles social insurance rules for more than 300 cities and connects to the national tax platform for filing. The vendor reports more than 21,000 client companies and offices in eight cities.

Xinrenxinshi is built for Chinese payroll and HR rules and suits companies with staff in China, including subsidiaries of foreign groups that run local payroll. The hosting location is not published, so ask where data is stored and how exports to headquarters are handled under the Personal Information Protection Law (PIPL); China's 2024 cross-border data rules exempt transfers genuinely needed for HR management. Resume scoring falls under PIPL Article 24, which lets candidates refuse decisions made solely by automated means.
