YonSuite is Yonyou's cloud ERP for growing companies, covering finance, HR, supply chain and manufacturing. Its YonGPT features generate financial diagnosis reports, flag anomalies and forecast profit.

YonSuite covers finance, human resources, supply chain, marketing, procurement, manufacturing, R&D, projects and assets. The finance part includes financial and management accounting, tax services, travel expense control and electronic archives. Yonyou's larger platform YonBIP serves big groups, while YonSuite targets growth companies, including Chinese firms expanding abroad.

Yonyou is based in China and states around 18,000 employees and 230 branches. For international customers, YonSuite runs in an independent overseas data center in Singapore, isolated from the domestic systems in China, and Yonyou names more than 1,400 overseas clients.

Clarify which data center your tenant uses and how data moves between China and other regions under the Personal Information Protection Law and GDPR. Yonyou publishes no prices, certifications or data processing agreement on its global site, so request these documents before a pilot.
