Zoho CRM is a customer relationship management system from Zoho, an Indian software company that has never taken outside investment, with a free edition for small teams, AI agents and the Zia AI assistant for scoring, forecasting and call analysis.

Zoho CRM covers leads, deals, workflows, reporting and mobile apps, and connects to other Zoho applications such as Desk, Campaigns and Forms. Zoho has never taken outside investment, reports over 100 million users across its products and runs its own data centers in nine regions, including the EU (Amsterdam and Dublin) and India (Mumbai and Chennai).

• Scores prospectsZia Scores ranks leads and contacts by their likelihood to convert, and the recommendation engine suggests products and a suitable time to contact someone. Sales teams can focus effort where conversion is most likely.
