Basic 5 euros, Standard 12 euros, Professional 22 euros per user per month billed annually (8, 16 and 25 euros billed monthly), Enterprise on request. The awork AI add-on is available on all plans, with credits from 18 euros per user per month, as of October 2026.

awork is a project platform from Hamburg built for creative and service agencies. It combines project and task management, team scheduling and time tracking with an AI chat that works on the agency's own project, client and brand knowledge.
awork covers projects and tasks across several clients, team scheduling based on real availability, time tracking for budget control and docs for agency and client knowledge. With awork Connect, clients and freelancers can join projects at no charge. The vendor states that about 10,000 teams use the product. Hosting runs on certified Microsoft servers in Germany, and the company holds ISO 27001 certification.

Questions to ask before you buy awork
The full awork AI package is a paid add-on billed in credits per user, on top of the plan price, so budget both. AI agents were announced but were on a waitlist when we checked in September 2026. SSO and SCIM require the Enterprise plan. Time tracking data can show individual performance, which matters for works councils in Germany.
