Basware is an accounts payable and e-invoicing platform for midsize and large organizations that receives, captures, matches, codes and routes supplier invoices, using AI for PDF capture, non-PO coding and invoice matching.

Basware covers the full supplier invoice cycle: receiving PDF and e-invoices, capture, matching against purchase orders, coding, approval routing and archiving. Around this sit an e-invoicing network for sending and receiving invoices under national mandates and Peppol, eProcurement, and an AP Assurance suite with AP Protect, AP Audit and Recovery and supplier statement matching.
