What is Bilendo?

Bilendo is receivables and credit risk software from Munich for mid-sized and large companies. It automates dunning, dispute handling, credit decisions and risk scoring, with AI agents that propose actions for people to approve.

Bilendo combines dunning, dispute management, credit limit decisions and risk scoring in one platform. It connects to SAP and DATEV, offers a REST API, batch interface and webhooks, and pulls data from credit insurers and agencies such as Allianz Trade, Atradius, Coface and Creditreform. Bilendo GmbH is based in Munich and states that more than 30,000 users manage over 85 billion euros of receivables on the platform. Data is stored only in Frankfurt on AWS.

Bilendo AI features and use cases

  • Reviews the daily dunning runThe dunning agent sorts the daily dunning run by review need, explains each classification with the underlying documents and proposes what to do with conspicuous cases. Only simple cases defined by your rules go out automatically; everything else waits as a draft until someone approves it.
  • Follows up on disputes and promisesIn the chat, the agent lists dispute cases without an answer and open payment promises and drafts letters to customers. Receivables staff review a prepared list and draft instead of searching the ledger themselves, and each action remains a proposal for approval.
  • Proposes credit limitsThe credit agent checks a limit request against utilization, payment history and your credit policy and explains its recommendation. The decision stays with the credit manager, who reviews a prepared case instead of pulling agency reports and account data together.
  • Explains risk and DSO changesThe agent reports changes in customer risk classes and explains how DSO (days sales outstanding) has developed. Finance leaders learn earlier where the portfolio is shifting and can react before receivables are lost.

Check how the DATEV or SAP connection is set up. Bilendo states that agents pass customer names to the language model, data is not used for training and pseudonymization is planned but not yet in place (as of September 2026). Ask for the data processing agreement and set approval rules for agent proposals.
