Doxis SpendControl AI features, pricing and GDPR (October 2026)

Doxis SpendControl, formerly Klippa SpendControl, handles incoming invoices, expense claims and company cards in one tool. AI reads invoices, flags duplicates and fake invoices and learns account coding, with EU hosting and a Peppol access point.

SpendControl covers invoice capture, approval workflows with business rules, real-time spend dashboards, expense management and business expense cards. It connects to more than 20 systems, including Exact Online, Exact Globe, AFAS, NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics 365, SAP and Odoo. Klippa, based in the Netherlands, joined forces with Doxis (formerly SER) and was renamed in March 2025. The group reports more than 900 employees and more than 3,000 enterprise customers. The document extraction engine is now sold as Doxis AI.dp.

• Reads invoices in any languageOCR extracts invoice data from documents worldwide and fills in supplier details automatically. The vendor states 99 percent correct recognition. The AP team types less and checks only the fields the system flags.
• Stops duplicate and fake invoicesFraud detection compares incoming invoices and flags duplicates and ghost invoices before they reach approval. This protects against double payments and invoice fraud without a manual check of every document.
• Suggests account codingSmart auto-coding learns from earlier bookings and proposes general ledger accounts and cost centers. Accounting staff confirm rather than code each line, and the vendor states 70 percent time savings across the process.

• Operates as a certified Peppol access point, so e-invoices can be received and sent without a separate provider.
• Publishes prices from 95 euros per month for up to 4,000 invoices a year.
• Combines accounts payable, expense claims and company cards, with document storage for ten years.

Klippa is a Dutch company registered with the KVK, publishes prices on its Dutch website and connects to the Dutch ERPs Exact and AFAS.

SpendControl's pricing page and ERP list focus on the Dutch market, so check your ERP connector and local tax rules. Confirm support for the e-invoice formats you receive besides Peppol. Single sign-on and API access are only in the Custom plan. After the merger with Doxis, ask which company contracts with you and processes your data.
