What is Elevatus?
Elevatus is a hiring platform from Saudi Arabia for enterprises and government bodies. It covers applicant tracking, video assessments, onboarding and healthcare hiring, with AI that ranks candidates by fit and produces personality reports.
Elevatus sells four products: EVA-REC for applicant tracking with career pages, pipelines and e-signatures, EVA-SSESS for one-way video interviews and assessments, EVA-BOARD for onboarding, and EVA-MED for healthcare hiring. More than 200 talent assessments cover skills, IQ, EQ and language. The company, founded in 2019, raised a 10.5 million dollar Series A in 2022 from Global Ventures, Wa'ed Ventures and Jasoor Ventures. It reports more than 200 enterprise clients and names Omantel, Vodafone, Dr. Sulaiman Al Habib, NBO, Jordan Kuwait Bank and RE/MAX among them. Prices are available on request after a demo.

- Ranks applicants by qualificationEVA-REC matches resumes against job posts or job descriptions and ranks candidates by qualification automatically. Recruiters can weight the criteria that matter most and view the best matches first, which shortens manual resume screening for high-volume roles.
- Finds matches in the talent poolThe matching algorithm searches the company's own candidate database for people who fit newly opened roles. Talent acquisition teams can reconsider earlier applicants and silver medalists from past searches before paying for new job ads, which also shortens time to hire for recurring roles.
- Screens video interviews at scaleEVA-SSESS runs one-way video interviews and assessments for thousands of applicants and orders them with AI-powered filters. Candidates can be assessed in five languages, and hiring teams review ranked results together in one place.
- Creates personality reportsElevatus produces AI personality reports that it describes as scientifically validated. They give recruiters an additional view of a candidate, but the vendor publishes no details on the model or the validation study, so evidence should be requested before using them in selection.

Questions to ask before you buy Elevatus
Prices are only available after a demo. Saudi Arabia's PDPL applies to all candidate data from the Kingdom, and since April 15, 2026 only contracts documented on Qiwa count toward Nitaqat quotas, so ask about Qiwa integration. Choose the Jeddah or Eemshaven portal explicitly. For use in the EU, AI ranking and personality reports fall under Annex III of the EU AI Act, with obligations from December 2, 2027.
