Greeting is an applicant tracking system from South Korea for companies of all sizes. It combines career pages, applicant management and interview scheduling with AI screening of applications and a connection to external AI assistants.

Greeting is developed by Doodlin Co., Ltd. in Seoul. It covers a career site builder, job postings, application forms, candidate communication including KakaoTalk notifications, interview scheduling, talent pools, direct sourcing and analytics. It connects to Korean job boards such as Wanted and Jobplanet, and the Business plan adds HRIS, Workday and SAP integration. The vendor reports more than 10,000 client companies.

Prices are published in won, with a free trial for the two smaller plans. The website and product are in Korean, so the tool fits recruiting teams in Korea, including Korean subsidiaries of foreign groups.

• Pre-screens applicationsRecruiters define preferred and unwanted criteria per job posting. The built-in AI then gives each applicant a predicted score, explains the reasons and lists points that need a closer look, which helps during high-volume hiring rounds.
• Answers questions about recruiting dataThrough the MCP connection, Claude, ChatGPT or Gemini can read Greeting data. Recruiters ask in plain language, for example for applicant numbers per stage or hiring rates by job category, instead of building reports.
• Summarizes and checks resumesConnected AI tools can summarize resumes with a focus on experience and check them against the job description. Recruiters get a faster first read of each profile before deciding on the next step.
• Carries out tasks in the ATSThe MCP connection also allows write actions, such as moving a candidate to the next stage or adding tags. Access follows the user's rights in Greeting, so the AI only sees data the user may see.

• Combines built-in AI screening with an MCP connection to external assistants such as Claude, ChatGPT and Gemini.
• Integrates Korean channels such as KakaoTalk messaging and the job boards Wanted and Jobplanet.
• Publishes prices in won, starting with a Basic plan for small teams, with a free trial for the two smaller plans.

Greeting is built by Seoul-based Doodlin Co., Ltd. and names more than 10,000 companies in Korea as customers, including Kia and Kakao Games.

Ask where applicant data is hosted and which recipients abroad receive data, since the privacy policy we read mentions overseas transfers without listing them. Check compliance with Korea's Personal Information Protection Act. When the MCP connection is used, applicant data flows to the chosen AI provider, so clarify that provider's terms. AI scoring of applicants counts as high risk under Annex III of the EU AI Act if used for roles in the EU.
