HROne AI features and pricing (October 2026)

HROne is an HR suite from India for companies from startups to enterprises. It covers core HR, attendance, payroll and recruiting, and adds AI agents that employees, HR staff and recruiters use by text or voice.

HROne is made by Uneecops Workplace Solutions Pvt. Ltd., with its head office in Noida. Modules cover core HR, attendance, workforce management, payroll, expenses, performance, engagement, asset management and a helpdesk, built around an inbox interface called InboxForHR. The vendor reports more than 2,500 brands as customers and runs on Microsoft Azure.

Prices are published in rupees for bundles of 50 users, with a separate plan for smaller companies. Add-ons include WhatsApp and Teams bots. The tool fits companies with staff in India.

• Answers employees by voiceEmployees ask the Employee AI Agent by voice or text to apply for leave, explain a payslip or look up a policy, on the web, in the mobile app or on WhatsApp. HR teams receive fewer routine questions.
• Executes HR actions for the HR teamThe HR AI Agent accepts plain-language commands and carries out more than 110 HR actions, according to the vendor. HR staff complete routine updates without navigating through several screens.
• Speeds up recruiting paperworkThe Recruiter AI Agent parses incoming resumes into candidate profiles, writes a full job description from five to seven inputs and suggests interview questions. Recruiters spend less time on data entry and drafting.
• Reads expense receiptsEmployees upload receipts in bulk, and the AI fills in the expense report fields. Finance and HR check prepared claims rather than typing amounts by hand.

• Offers AI agents for three roles: employees, HR staff and recruiters, with voice access and a WhatsApp channel for employees.
• Publishes rupee prices for 50-user bundles, with no minimum lock-in and a two-month notice period according to the pricing page.
• Runs on Microsoft Azure; the website describes the service as GDPR and ISO 27001 compliant, without naming a certificate.

HROne belongs to Uneecops Workplace Solutions Pvt. Ltd., headquartered in Noida with offices in six Indian cities; the vendor reports more than 2,500 brands in India as users.

Ask which Azure region stores your data and request a list of subprocessors, since the privacy policy we read in September 2026 names neither. Check compliance with India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023. Clarify which plan includes the One AI agents, because the pricing page does not assign them to a tier. Resume parsing and candidate profiling would count as high risk under Annex III of the EU AI Act for roles in the EU.
