IKAI HR is a Turkish cloud HR platform for small and midsize employers, combining recruiting, employee records and payroll with Google Gemini-based resume scoring and IkaiPulse, an assistant that answers HR data questions through predefined analysis templates.

IKAI HR bundles recruiting (job posting, Kanban applicant tracking, interview scheduling), digital personnel files, organizational charts, leave requests, GPS-enabled time and overtime tracking, multi-level approval workflows and payroll into one platform; according to the pricing page, the 360-degree feedback and OKR module is part of the Enterprise plan only. It targets small and growing Turkish employers, with a free 14-day trial capped at three users, 50 AI analyses and 500 resume uploads in total, scaling through a Pro tier to a custom Enterprise plan. An FAQ answer on the product site states that data is stored on servers in Turkey, but the privacy policy names no location and allows processing by foreign service providers, for example for AI features, so get the location confirmed contractually and check how it aligns with Turkey's KVKK data protection law. Because the AI scores candidates, an EU-based employer using it should also review EU AI Act obligations for recruitment AI, which apply from December 2, 2027.
