Ottimate, formerly Plate IQ, is an AI accounts payable platform for multi-location businesses in hospitality, retail, healthcare, construction and for accounting firms. It captures and codes invoices, routes approvals, matches purchase orders and pays vendors.

Ottimate covers the full payables cycle: instant invoice capture, GL coding, approval workflows, PO and cost file matching, statement reconciliation, vendor payments through VendorPay, cards and employee spend, plus AP reports. It integrates with Microsoft Dynamics, Sage Intacct, Acumatica, NetSuite and QuickBooks and offers a concierge service. The company started as Plate IQ in 2014 and operates as Qubiqle, Inc. in Oakland, California. It reports more than 30,000 customers, more than 100,000 invoices processed a day and over $3 billion in annual payments.
