Pleo is a spend management platform from Copenhagen for small and midsize European companies that combines company cards, receipt capture, reimbursements and accounting sync, with AI features for spend policies and expense reviews.
Employees pay with physical or virtual Pleo cards, photograph receipts in the app, and Pleo syncs each transaction with the accounting system in the background; DATEV is among the listed integrations. Out of pocket expenses are reimbursed through the platform.
