• Answers reporting questionsThe Reporting Agent builds custom reports from questions asked in natural language, and the Tipalti AI Assistant answers questions about workflows and data around the clock. Controllers get payables figures without writing report definitions.
• Resolves ERP sync errorsThe ERP Sync Resolution Agent diagnoses why records failed to sync with the accounting system and resolves the issue. This keeps payables data consistent with the general ledger and shortens the cleanup before month-end close.

Model the full cost, since the monthly fee is only the base and each invoice and payment adds a transaction charge. Tipalti holds ISAE 3402 SOC 1 Type II and ISAE 3000 SOC 2 Type II reports, which auditors can request. The public data processing addendum includes EU standard contractual clauses and a UK addendum and states that personal data is hosted on AWS in the United States.
