UKG Pro is a US human capital management suite for midsize and large employers, extending its Bryte AI agents across payroll compliance, promotions and voice-based support for frontline staff.

UKG Pro is part of UKG Inc., a US HCM vendor, and covers core HR, payroll, talent, scheduling and workforce analytics for midsize to large employers. The company markets itself as the HCM market leader in North America.

Its Bryte AI agents, built on large action models, are being rolled out first to the UKG Pro customer base in the US, Canada, the UK, Australia and India, covering pay compliance, employee promotions and voice-based interaction for frontline staff.

UKG is headquartered in Weston, Florida, and about 90 percent of the companies using UKG Pro are based in the United States, according to the market research service 6sense.

UKG does not publish list pricing for UKG Pro, so request a quote based on employee count and modules, plus its current compliance documentation. Because Bryte agents automate promotion workflows, New York City employers may need an independent bias audit under Local Law 144, which covers promotion as well as hiring. In Quebec, Law 25 requires telling employees about automated decisions, explaining them on request and allowing a request for human review. In the United Kingdom, solely automated decisions need safeguards such as human review under the Data (Use and Access) Act 2025.
