Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM is Oracle's enterprise human capital management suite for large, often multinational organizations, built around an AI Agent Studio for building custom HR agents on top of the platform.

Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM is part of Oracle Corporation's enterprise applications portfolio and targets large, frequently multinational employers. The suite covers core HR, talent management, workforce planning and analytics on Oracle's shared cloud infrastructure, with documented sales and marketing activity across North America, the UK, the DACH region, India, Australia, and France and Spain.

Oracle positions AI Agent Studio as a toolkit for building and managing custom HR agents on top of the standard modules, rather than a fixed set of AI features alone.

Oracle is headquartered in the US and Gartner has named it a Leader in the Magic Quadrant for Cloud HCM Suites for eleven straight years; Oracle also runs its own EU Sovereign Cloud data centers in Frankfurt, Germany and Madrid, Spain, with Fusion Cloud HCM named among the applications hosted there, though Oracle does not disclose Fusion Cloud HCM revenue by country in its 10-K.

Oracle shows no Fusion Cloud HCM prices on its product pages; cost depends on modules, employee counts and contract terms, so ask Oracle's sales team for a quote.
