Vic.ai is accounts payable software for midsize and large finance teams. Its AI reads and codes incoming invoices, matches them against purchase orders and routes them for approval, with payments, cards and analytics as further modules.

• Sorts the AP mailbox and drafts repliesVicInbox tags incoming vendor emails into categories such as payment inquiries, duplicate invoice alerts and bank account changes. The agent Victoria drafts replies with current data from the ERP and Vic.ai, and invoices attached to emails go straight into processing.
• Flags duplicates and anomaliesDuring processing the software checks invoices for duplicates, PO problems and other anomalies and flags them before approval. For the finance team this means fewer double payments and fewer cases that only surface at month end.

• Connectors for SAP S/4HANA, Oracle NetSuite, Oracle Fusion, Microsoft Dynamics, Sage Intacct and industry systems such as AppFolio, RealPage and Viewpoint Vista.
• The vendor distinguishes global models trained on derived, non-identifiable data from local models trained only on one customer's documents.
• SOC 1 Type II and SOC 2 Type II reports are available under NDA, which is relevant for auditors reviewing controls over financial reporting.

Vic.ai is headquartered in New York and, according to its company page, officially launched in the US market in 2022.

Ask where your data will be stored: Vic.ai runs on AWS in regions aligned to the deployment, and its privacy policy allows processing worldwide, including the United States. Request the SOC 1 Type II report for your auditors and a data processing agreement, since neither is published. Confirm that the connector for your ERP is available, and clarify pricing early, as there is no public price list.
