Yonyou Dayee is an applicant tracking and talent relationship system for large employers in China, with AI interviews, resume parsing, online tests and assessments built on Yonyou's YonGPT enterprise model.

Dayee was founded in 2007 in Shanghai and has been wholly owned by the Chinese enterprise software group Yonyou since 2021. The core product combines applicant tracking with a talent relationship pool (ATS and TRM); add-on modules cover AI video interviews, a resume parser, online written tests and talent assessments. The vendor offers packages for campus hiring, experienced hires, referrals and employer branding, plus industry versions for finance, retail, manufacturing, real estate, pharma and semiconductors. According to the vendor, more than 2,200 companies use it, and in 2024 it set up data centers in Singapore and Hong Kong for international clients.

Dayee fits groups that hire at scale in China, including foreign companies with a Chinese subsidiary. Clarify whether data stays in mainland China or in Singapore, and how transfers are handled under China's Personal Information Protection Law (PIPL), whose Article 24 lets candidates refuse decisions made solely by automated means. The AI interview analyzes facial expressions for emotional traits; for any use in the EU, note that the EU AI Act has banned emotion recognition in workplace settings since February 2, 2025, and treats AI in hiring as high risk from December 2, 2027.
