GetMyInvoices AI features, pricing and GDPR (October 2026)

GetMyInvoices is invoice management software for small and midsize businesses in Germany. It pulls invoices automatically from supplier portals, email and apps, reads them with AI, routes them through approval and payment and exports them to DATEV or other accounting systems.

The core of GetMyInvoices is invoice collection: it connects to more than 10,000 online portals, imports from email accounts and receives XRechnung and ZUGFeRD e-invoices. Documents are archived in a GoBD compliant way, matched with bank and credit card transactions and exported to DATEV, other accounting software, ERP systems or the tax advisor. An optional workflow module adds role based approval, payment of open invoices inside the tool and early payment discount tracking.

The product is run by fino data services GmbH in Kassel and, according to the vendor, serves more than 20,000 customers. Monthly plans are priced by document volume, which makes it accessible for small firms that work closely with a tax advisor.

• Reads invoice dataAI-based text recognition extracts the key data from collected invoices so they can be stored in structured form and passed on to accounting. Bookkeepers and assistants no longer type vendor, amount and date from each PDF and can focus on checking and approving.
• Spots changed bank detailsThe Fraud Risk Assistant analyzes incoming invoices with statistical models and flags cases where the bank details on an invoice from a known supplier look manipulated. The probability score is meant as input for an internal check before payment and does not block anything on its own.
• Flags fake and duplicate invoicesThe same assistant looks for invoices from vendors that do not exist and for duplicates whose invoice number or timestamp was slightly altered. The finance team sees a warning in the approval process and can stop a payment before money leaves the account.

• Automatic invoice download from more than 10,000 supplier and online portals, which removes the need to log in and fetch PDFs by hand.
• Published monthly plans from 19 euros, priced by document volume. The workflow module and fraud checks are add-ons, and the fraud checks require the workflow module.
• Data is stored in Germany at AWS Frankfurt and Google Cloud, with Zoho, Cloudflare and Mailgun as further service providers. ISO/IEC 27001 certified, data processing agreement published.

The provider is fino data services GmbH in Kassel, Germany. The product is a DATEV marketplace partner, says it is GoBD certified and stores data primarily in German data centers.

Check whether the base plan is enough or whether you need the workflow module for approvals. The Fraud Risk Assistant costs extra and works only together with the workflow module. Confirm the DATEV export setup with your tax advisor and ask for the GoBD documentation for your process description. Because the tool stores portal credentials and can pay invoices, define who may approve payments and use two-factor authentication. The subprocessor list is not published separately.
