The vendor says data is anonymized before baseline model training, so confirm this fits your policy.

Check before buying: Check whether the base plan is enough or whether you need the workflow module for approvals. The Fraud Risk Assistant costs extra and works only together with the workflow module. Confirm the DATEV export setup with your tax advisor and ask for the GoBD documentation for your process description. Because the tool stores portal credentials and can pay invoices, define who may approve payments and use two-factor authentication. The subprocessor list is not published separately.

Check before buying: The public data processing agreement says processing takes place in principle in Germany, the EU or the EEA for customers of Hypatos GmbH, while customers of Hypatos Inc. are served by subprocessors in the US. Check that your contract sits with the right entity. Clarify with your auditors whether the SOC 2 report is enough or a SOC 1 or ISAE 3402 report is needed. Confirm the connector for your ERP, estimate your yearly volume against the per transaction price and ask about single sign-on, which the trust center mentions as an enterprise feature.

Moss is a spend management platform from Berlin for European small and midsize companies that manages company cards, supplier invoices and employee reimbursements, and uses AI to capture and pre-code receipts and to answer finance questions.

Check before buying: Check with your tax advisor how the DATEV export fits their process and whether they book or only close the year. If several people approve invoices, compare the invoice approval process with your internal sign-off rules and count the users you need, since Premium includes five.
